Understanding Personalities in the Workplace

Understanding personality is key to working effectively with others. Personality preferences inform what we like to do, how we like to be, and how we like to get the job done. When we understand personality we are more effective in working with other people, which usually results in a healthier workplace for everyone. This course will look at the role that personality plays in the workplace and, using DISC Theory, discuss the four different styles that we see and how to best work with them.
