    How the program works

    Each week participants will complete a self-directed online module that covers the core concepts of the program. Then, participants will take part in a webinar with the lead facilitator to reinforce the learnings and answer any questions. 

    To pass the course, participants must complete 80% of the program and achieve 80% or higher in the final knowledge check. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.  

    Time commitment

    Participants should expect to spend about 2.5 hours a week in learning; 45 minutes to 1 hour a week completing the online module, and 90 minutes of participation in the weekly webinar.
